Description

This project involves spot repair and overcoat painting of the exterior paint system and complete interior relining of the Avenue of the Oaks Tank 2. The scope includes removal and replacement of all existing interior linings, exterior paint repair through spot repairing and overcoating with epoxy and urethane paint systems, surface cleaning, debris containment and disposal, application of polyurethane caulking between the tank and concrete ring wall, and cleaning and disinfection of the tank after curing of the interior lining. The work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Bidders must submit bids electronically and provide physical bid security by the due date.
