Description
The University is seeking information from qualified vendors that provide commercial laundry management solutions capable of supporting the operational needs of St. Michael's Laundry. The solution should support the complete lifecycle of laundry operations including point of sale, laundry, dry cleaning, uniform management, mending, garment tracking, customer management, order processing, production management, route delivery, billing, payment processing, reporting, and customer communications. This Request for Information aims to evaluate available software solutions, including Software-as-a-Service and other deployment models, to meet the University's functional, technical, operational, implementation, and support requirements.
