Description

Worcester County Government is seeking professional design-builder services for the design, permitting, and construction of a 12-inch PVC C900, DR 18 water main approximately 2,000 feet in length in Berlin, Maryland. The water main will generally run along the north side of Samuel Bowen Boulevard and through a permanent utility easement. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026, and sealed proposals are due by October 8, 2026, at 2 p.m. Vendors are responsible for checking the County website for addenda prior to submission.
