This opportunity is for engineering firms to support the City of Edmond Water Resources Department in Oklahoma with water and wastewater system projects. - Government Buyer: - City of Edmond Water Resources Department - Scope of Services: - Professional engineering services for water distribution (small diameter renewal & replacement, large diameter transmission mains) - Booster pump stations and storage tanks - Water treatment plant improvements - Wastewater collection (small and large diameter), lift stations - Water resource recovery facility - Master planning and regulatory compliance - Business process improvements (asset management, condition assessments, CIP optimization, treatment process optimization, organizational strategy, standards review) - Architectural services for modification or expansion of administration buildings or new buildings - Procurement Details: - Establishes a pool of eligible engineering firms for on-call and project-specific contracts - Firms must submit separate project approaches, organizational charts, and project experience for each category - Compliance with specified insurance limits required - Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; qualifications-based solicitation - Estimated total value of projects under the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan is approximately $648.5 million - Pool will be used for at least two years, with assignments made as needed during the 5-year CIP period

The City of Edmond Water Resources Department is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for general and project-specific professional engineering services related to its water and wastewater systems. The scope includes services in categories such as water distribution, water treatment plant, wastewater collection, water resource recovery facility, master plans, regulatory compliance, business process improvements, and architectural services.
