Description

The City of Galveston is soliciting sealed qualifications for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Construction Administration Owner's Representative services. The contract will be awarded based on qualifications submitted electronically by the deadline of 10:00 A.M. CST on September 10, 2026. The contract term will be issued on a project basis not to exceed 5 years. The City encourages participation from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises including veteran, women, and minority-owned businesses.
