The City of Lemon Grove is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Connect Main Street Phase 2 & 3 Design Services Project. This project involves designing and constructing active transportation infrastructure including multiuse pathways, ADA accessible trail entrances, street trees, bike boulevards, culturally relevant signage, traffic signal modifications, and a motor-vehicle free segment of Main Street. The improvements aim to enhance connectivity, encourage active transportation, and increase bike ridership in Lemon Grove.
