Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Substitute Employment Services on an as needed basis. The services include recruiting, interviewing, employing, training, and evaluating substitutes for faculty/teachers, classroom aides, administrative/office staff, early childhood education center cooks, and extra-duty help. The contract period is from October 15, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with an option to renew for an additional two years.
