Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is issuing a recurring or rolling Request for Proposals (RFP) for companies interested in providing equipment, rental/leasing services, accessories, supplies, and associated services for the district's Performing Fine Arts departments. The solicitation covers a broad scope including theatrical equipment, musical instruments, and miscellaneous performing arts equipment and services. The award will be effective from the award date through November 13, 2029, with automatic annual renewals unless either party provides written notice not to renew. Vendors must meet pre-determined criteria and be approved by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees to become an Approved Vendor.
