Williamson County is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors for the Inner Loop Annex Dehumidification Project. The project involves upgrades to the HVAC system at the Inner Loop Annex, including the replacement of five packaged rooftop units and one 100% outside air unit with equipment featuring DX cooling, natural gas heating, and hot gas reheat for dehumidification. The replacement equipment will be integrated with the existing building automation system, and minor ductwork and structural modifications will be made to accommodate new equipment and code requirements. Power and natural gas connections will be disconnected from old equipment and reconnected to the new units.
