The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with a respondent to provide market analysis of Tallahassee and Panama City student housing markets. The study will assess current student demand for campus housing and provide tangible recommendations toward the creation of a University Housing Master Plan for Florida State University.
