The U.S. Air Force, through the 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS/PKC) at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, is seeking sources for ISDN Landline Telecommunication Services for NIPR operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS/PKC) - Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar - OEMs and Vendors: - Ooredoo (formerly Qatar Telecommunications) is the incumbent and sole licensed provider with existing copper landline infrastructure at AUAB - Products/Services Requested: - ISDN Landline Telecommunication Services for NIPR - Includes direct exchange lines - 60 Channels SIP-T MRC SIP-T - 6-month base period - Unique Requirements: - Vendor must have direct host-nation licensing and physical access to AUAB's copper landline infrastructure - Only vendors with existing infrastructure and capability to provide ISDN services at AUAB are eligible - Market research is being conducted to identify any other viable sources beyond Ooredoo

Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources capable of providing Telecommunication services for NIPR at Al Udeid Airbase (AUAB), Qatar. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform ISDN Landline Telecommunication Services as defined below for Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar. This requirement has been purchased in the past through Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) FA570217G0001. The contractor on the referenced BOA was Ooredoo. Currently, market research indicates that only Ooredoo (formerly Qatar Telecommunications) possesses the existing landline infrastructure on AUAB and the capability to provide the required copper wiring for landline services. The Government is publishing this notice to determine if any other viable sources possess the infrastructure and capability to meet this requirement. Performance will consist of direct exchange lines and services for 6 months, 60 Channels SIP - T MRC SIP-T for 6 months. It will consist of one base period for 6 months. The Government anticipates making award 27 August 2026.
