Description

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Delaware County. Repairs include carpentry, drywall and finish, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and site work. The work must be completed within 30 working days and should begin within two weeks of notification. Bidders must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up, and preference is given to TERO certified bidders. The successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements.
