The Northampton County Housing Authority (NCHA) is soliciting electronic proposals from qualified, properly certified firms for on-call lead evaluation, risk assessment, design, independent clearance, hazard control, abatement, and related repairs in HCV and NCHA-owned or managed properties throughout Northampton County.
