The Killeen Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors for audio visual hardware, software, and services on an as-needed basis. This solicitation is for a percent discount proposal applicable to any items within the category of audio visual hardware, software, and services, rather than specific line items. The selected vendors will provide these products and services district-wide, with the district intending to award multiple vendors intermittently. The contract will be effective from the date of award through September 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for four additional one-year increments upon mutual agreement.
