The City aims to implement a modern, accessible, mobile-first website platform that enhances public access to City information and services, improves navigation and search functionality, supports efficient content management by City staff, and provides a scalable foundation for future digital service needs. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system by 2 pm CST on September 16, 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and award in the best interest of the City.
