Description

The contactor is required to demolish three (3) existing timber structures (security guard towers), dispose of the debris, and construct reinforced concrete frame structures with a decking as a replacement of the demolished structures. The upper elevated section of those newly constructed structures shall be partition with wooden panels or timbers, including windows and doors finishing.

The dimension of each of the existing security Guard Tower is 9.28 ft. x 9.28 ft (2.83 m x 2.83m). The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, labor and supervision required for the professional and successful implementation of the project. The contractor is responsible for validation of all dimensions and relevant information herein this SOW.
