Description

This solicitation is for monthly pest control services at the State House located at 11 S. Union St, Montgomery, AL 36130. The service includes spraying all accessible parts of the building, both interior and exterior perimeter, to control roaches, ants, silverfish, rats, mice, and other pests over approximately 600,000 square feet. The contractor is also required to provide rodent stations where there is evidence of rodents and respond to special service calls as needed throughout the year. Pest control personnel will be escorted by Facility personnel to treat secured areas. The service period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with monthly invoicing.
