Description

This solicitation is for monthly pest control services at the Folsom Building located at 64 N. Union St, Montgomery, AL 36130. The service period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and includes spraying all accessible parts of the building, both interior and exterior, for control of roaches, ants, silverfish, rats, mice, and other pests over approximately 245,000 square feet. The contractor is also required to provide rodent stations where evidence of rodents is found and respond to special service calls as needed throughout the year. Pest control personnel will be escorted by facility personnel to treat secured areas. Bidders must submit a monthly rate proposal with the quantity set to 12 months.
