Description

The City of Placentia is soliciting sealed bids for the FY 2026-27 Residential Roadway Rehabilitation Project. The project scope includes cold milling, asphalt concrete pavement reconstruction, slurry seal, striping, markings, pavement legends, miscellaneous concrete work such as sidewalks and curb and gutter improvements, adjusting existing manholes and water valves to grade, protecting existing utilities, and survey marker preservation and restoration. All work must comply with the latest Greenbook, City standards, and applicable State and utility agency specifications. The project duration is 60 working days with liquidated damages set at $5,200.
