Description
The City of Greenville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the design and construction of a wheeled sports park facility, a first-of-its-kind project in the area. The selected CMAR will assist the Owner and Architect during pre-construction and construction phases, working under an AIA Standard Form Agreement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The CMAR may self-perform up to 25% of the construction contract and is restricted from performing other work on the project if holding significant interest in related firms.
