Description

The City of Fountain Valley is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide sales and use tax consulting and auditing services. The consultant will assist the City in reporting, forecasting, and recovering all sales and use tax-related revenue to which it is entitled and provide ongoing consultation as requested. The contract term is three years with the potential for two optional two-year extensions, starting January 1, 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by September 17, 2026.
