Description

The City of Fountain Valley is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide municipal property tax consulting and auditing services. The consultant will assist the City in reporting, forecasting, and recovering all property tax-related revenue to which it is entitled and provide ongoing consultation as requested. The scope includes reviewing municipal codes, enhancing revenue recovery, evaluating economic base elements, forecasting revenues, and meeting with City officials. The contract term is three years with two optional two-year extensions, starting January 1, 2027.
