The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional General Civil Engineering Services for construction projects on an as-needed, on-call rotation basis. Services include surveys, engineering designs, and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for various infrastructure projects such as roadways, drainage, traffic safety, water distribution, wastewater collection, environmental, storm water pollution prevention, floodplain, sidewalks, and trails.
