Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for the Springfield Avenue Extension Phase 1 project. The scope includes constructing approximately 13,600 square yards of roadway pavement, 57,700 square feet of sidewalks, 1,500 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe storm drains, 2,500 linear feet of PVC water main, and 950 linear feet of PVC sewer main, along with related ramps, striping, landscaping, appurtenances, and incidentals. The contract time for completion is 220 working days. Bidders are encouraged to submit electronically or by hand delivery, with specific instructions provided for manual bid drop-off.
