Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Consultant Services. These services will cover existing buildings, facilities, structures, other amenities, and proposed construction projects on an on-call rotation basis. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for an additional two years, totaling four years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030. The scope includes preparing design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates as needed. Consultants must submit their RFQ statements electronically or by hand delivery by August 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
