Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional Landscape Architect Consultant Services. These services will cover outdoor areas, existing facilities, parks, plazas, streets/boulevards, other amenities, and proposed construction projects. The contract will be on an on-call rotation basis, including preparing design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates. The term is two years with an option for a two-year renewal, starting October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2030. Responses are due by August 20, 2026, with a pre-response conference on August 5, 2026.
