Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional General Architectural Services for construction projects on an on-call, rotation basis. Services include architectural designs, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for renovations, alterations, additions to existing buildings, facilities, proposed construction projects, and other amenities owned or operated by the City. The contract term is two years with one two-year renewal option, totaling four years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030.
