DuPage County Care Center is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver liquid portable oxygen solutions for its residents. - Government Buyer: - DuPage County - Procurement Services, for DuPage County Care Center - Delivery location: 400 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois - Products Requested: - Twelve (12) Liberators (liquid oxygen reservoir units) - Approximately forty (40) liquid oxygen portables (provided at no charge) - Ongoing liquid medical oxygen fills for all supplied units - Services Requested: - Educational support and training for Care Center staff on proper use of all equipment - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Supplier must provide both equipment and ongoing support - Educational training for staff is mandatory - Equipment must be compatible with Care Center infrastructure - Quantities and scope are clearly defined for both equipment and support services.

Description

DuPage County Care Center is seeking a bidder to furnish and deliver liquid portable oxygen for Care Center residents. The product shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to 400 North County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois. The successful bidder shall supply twelve Liberators and approximately forty liquid oxygen portables at no charge, and be responsible for liquid medical oxygen fills. The awarded bidder shall also provide educational support to Care Center staff on how to use all equipment.
