Description

Weber State University is soliciting bids to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide a CNC Diamond Wire Saw System. The solicitation is issued in accordance with the State of Utah Procurement Code, WSU's Policies and Procedures, and the Utah State Board of Regents Rule R571. The contract will result in a purchase order to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder. The purchase order will be for a one-time purchase, with the possibility of additional purchases for up to 120 days after the initial purchase.
