Description
This notice serves as the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division for a single award construction contract for the Building 45 DPW Repair Renovation. This building is located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), 10 General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The required work to be performed under this contract is listed in the attached Statement of Work and the accompanying Attachments. ACC-APG-Natick Division, located in Natick, Massachusetts, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to the offeror whose proposal best meets the requirements of the solicitation.
This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov and not show any Active Exclusions or have any Debt Subject to Offset. Potential small business concerns should be able to provide the types of construction as outlined in the solicitation and supporting documentation.

The anticipated date for the Government to provide final responses to questions submitted within this timeframe is 09 September 2026 by the end of the day. As questions are received in response to this solicitation, the Government will provide periodic responses via a solicitation amendment.
