Description

U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires commercial cloud solutions for Department-wide use. Under the subject solicitation 70RTAC26D00000004, commercial cloud solutions shall be directly provided for by Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) through a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Included within the scope of this effort titled Cumulus, are commercially available Anything as a Service (XaaS) covering Infrastructure as a Service (laaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (Saas), professional services, marketplace solutions, and training services.

In accordance with the subject solicitation 70RTAC26R00000004, ALL solicitation questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the DHS, Contracting Officer gregory.blaszko@hq.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 pm ET on August 21, 2026.
