Description

Lakeland Electric is seeking proposals from qualified and reputable non-destructive examination (NDE) contractors to provide as-needed NDE services for critical power plant equipment and components under an annual time-and-materials agreement. The work may be performed during both on-line operations and scheduled or forced outages at multiple OWNER facilities including McIntosh Power Plant, Larsen Power Plant, and Winston Peaking Station in Lakeland, Florida. The services cover a range of equipment such as boilers, HRSG components, piping systems, pressure vessels, turbines, heat exchangers, condensers, structural components, and rotating equipment. The contract has an initial term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum duration of five years.
