Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD) is seeking janitorial company or companies to provide cleaning services for over 51,000 square feet of real estate across 5 current locations, with the possibility of adding more locations. The vendor(s) must have the staffing and capability to service all locations. JCPRD will provide paper products, hand soap, trash bags, can liners, and required green certified cleaners, while the vendor will provide all other cleaning equipment and materials. The contract may be awarded to multiple vendors as part of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
