The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify engineering service providers for future assignments: - Government Buyer: - Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), a Canadian public agency - Scope of Services: - Engineering services across multiple disciplines, including: - Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, building envelope, fire protection, transportation, energy, sustainability, and other specialty areas - Services include investigations, feasibility studies, technical and condition assessments, engineering analysis and evaluations, planning and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessments, procurement support, contract administration, site reviews and inspections, testing and commissioning, and project close-out - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in this notice - Notable Requirements: - Assignments capped at $75,000 each - Providers must carry at least $5 million Commercial General Liability insurance and $1 million Professional Liability insurance - Active WorkSafeBC account required - Accreditation and registration with Engineers & Geoscientists BC (EGBC) - Demonstrated relevant experience - Pre-qualified list valid for up to three years; JIBC may invite selected providers to future procurements or direct negotiations

Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify qualified engineering firms or individuals to provide Engineering Services, including prime consultant services, on an as-and-when-required basis. Services may include investigations, feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering analysis, planning and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessments, procurement support, contract administration, site reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project close-out services. The services cover multiple disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, building envelope, fire protection, transportation, energy, sustainability, and other specialty engineering disciplines. Individual assignments will have a maximum services value of $75,000. The pre-qualified list will be valid for up to three years, during which JIBC may invite providers to participate in further procurement or negotiate directly for assignments.
