Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify qualified engineering firms or individuals to provide Engineering Services, including prime consultant services, on an as-and-when-required basis. Services may include investigations, feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering analysis, planning and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessments, procurement support, contract administration, site reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project close-out services. The services cover multiple disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, building envelope, fire protection, transportation, energy, sustainability, and other specialty engineering disciplines. Individual assignments will have a maximum services value of $75,000. The pre-qualified list will be valid for up to three years, during which JIBC may invite providers to participate in further procurement or negotiate directly for assignments.
