Description

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Administrative Services Division (ASD), Procurement Department, is seeking responses from qualified suppliers to provide Independent Program Review Services. The selected supplier will perform an independent review and provide professional services in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and scope of work outlined in this solicitation. The review includes programmatic, financial, operational, and compliance assessments of designated programs administered in partnership with the Oklahoma Rural Water Association (ORWA). DEQ intends to award a contract to the supplier whose response provides the best value to the State and meets all solicitation requirements.
