The Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC), part of the U.S. Marine Corps, is seeking qualified business sources for a large-scale Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive Industrial and Logistics Enterprise Support services. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC) - Scope of Services: - Industrial and commercial depot-level maintenance and sustainment - Technical and engineering services (including analysis, documentation, configuration management, drafting, reverse engineering, process improvement, quality assurance/control, and production planning) - Logistics and material management (warehousing, inventory, supply chain, transportation, shipping, storage, and distribution) - Program and business support (project management, financial management, business operations, reporting, and records management) - Industrial and facilities support (mechanical, electrical, machining, welding, fabrication, painting, calibration, utilities, and facilities maintenance) - Other mission support services as required - Key Requirements: - Secret Facility Clearance required - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - NAICS code 811310 applies - Services may be required at multiple U.S. and overseas locations (e.g., Albany, GA; Barstow, CA) - Key personnel roles include Operations Program Manager and Program Supervisor - Performance standards and quality assurance measures are specified - Contract Details: - Estimated ceiling: $400 million - 5-year ordering period with an optional 6-month extension - Task orders may have up to 12-month performance periods - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; this is a services-focused procurement - Products/Part Numbers: - No specific products, part numbers, or purchase quantities are listed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Support for both military and commercial equipment, systems, and infrastructure - Services must be scalable and adaptable to dynamic requirements in scope, duration, complexity, and location

This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for information, planning and market research purposes only. Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC) is seeking qualified business sources to acquire services to augment depot-level maintenance, production, logistics, engineering, facilities, and business operations assistance in support of Fleet Marine Force readiness. Requirements are dynamic and may vary in scope, duration, complexity, and location. This contract provides the Government the flexibility to acquire commercial services necessary to support depot maintenance operations through the issuance of individual task orders.

The Contractor shall provide Industrial and Logistics Enterprise Support in locations both in and outside of the United States. Support consists of, but is not limited to:

Industrial and Commercial Maintenance and Sustainment Technical and Engineering Services Logistics and Material Management Program and Business Support Industrial and Facilities Support Other Mission Support Services

The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated ceiling of $400 million.
