This solicitation seeks to procure engineering, computer software support, and computer software development services to assist the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in supporting and maintaining its Bridge Engineering Software. The contract is intended to supplement the personnel of the PA Office of Administration/Infrastructure and Economic Development Delivery Center and related divisions. The procurement includes goals for participation by Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) programs. The contract duration is 24 months with three 12-month renewal options.
