Description

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, through the Governor's Office of Economic Development - Utah Office of Tourism, is seeking professional services to co-develop the curriculum and practical toolkits for ELEV8 Utah, a four-step experience development program aimed at transitioning tourism operators to high-value experiential tourism. The program focuses on creating world-class tourism experiences aligned with the 2034 Winter Olympics and targets niche sectors such as agritourism, astrotourism, culinary tourism, cultural & historical tourism, and health & wellness tourism. The contractor will be responsible for drafting curriculum manuals, templates, and examples across four sequential monthly modules covering experience design, mapping, staging & marketing, and testing & selling. The contract will be awarded under Administrative Rule R33-105 for Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants, with a small purchase threshold of $100,000. Pricing should not be included in the qualifications submission.
