Description

The City of Covington is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to perform floodplain restoration and improvement work for the Pace Street Floodplain Restoration Project located in Covington, Georgia. The project involves excavation and removal of approximately 3,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment, grading and shaping of the floodplain, hauling and proper disposal of excavated materials, installation of erosion control measures, placement of riprap or other stabilization materials, and establishment of vegetative ground cover and site restoration.
