This opportunity from the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) seeks to establish a panel of pre-qualified real estate advisory and consulting firms for on-call services supporting complex real estate matters in New York City. - Government Buyer: - Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC), a New York State public benefit corporation - Scope of Services: - On-call real estate advisory and consulting services - Areas include land use, municipal/government entity representation, landlord/tenant issues, ground lease valuation and reset advisory, island services and revenue strategy, negotiation support and strategy, strategic real estate advisory, environmental, and public finance - Specific services: transaction management, financial analysis, brokerage, appraisal, affordable housing advisory, ground lease reporting and analysis - Panel Structure: - Firms will be pre-qualified for a five-year term, with an optional five-year renewal - Services will be provided as needed via job orders - Respondents may propose for one or more categories but must submit a single proposal clearly identifying their expertise - Notable Requirements: - 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal - 30% Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal - Panel will be used for future mini-bids or direct assignments - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to qualified real estate advisory and consulting firms - No product line items; all requested items are services - Contract extensions possible in one-year increments up to two times

Description

Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) is seeking to engage a panel of pre-qualified real estate advisors and/or consultants with expertise in sophisticated real estate matters in New York City. The selected advisors and consultants will provide real estate advisory and consulting services on an on-call basis. Respondents may submit proposals covering one or multiple categories of services as detailed in the Scope of Work attached to the RFP. The contract term is 5 years with an option to renew.
