E.W. Howell Co., LLC is seeking bids from NYC/NYS M/WBE certified firms for the renovation and refresh of the 9th and 10th floors and associated building system upgrades within the main hospital building at NYC H+H Woodhull. The work includes selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, millwork, roofing, spray-on fireproofing, doors, aluminum/glass entrances, drywall, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, wall paneling, painting, signage, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical/low voltage. Excluded work includes sallyport foundation, earthwork, sallyport shell construction, elevator riser work, and abatement and demolition of the 9th and 10th floors. This is a union PLA project with a total MWBE goal of 30%.
