Description
The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency services for three projects at the University at Buffalo. These projects include the renovation and addition for Wellness & Recreation at Clark Hall, construction of a geothermal wellfield at Parker Hall, and renovation of Parker Hall. The work involves comprehensive renovations, system replacements, hazardous material removal, and upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.
