The consultant will help originate and negotiate dark fiber lease agreements, bandwidth data services, and identify new customer opportunities. Services include engineering and consulting related to the development and advancement of NYSBA's System-Wide Dark Fiber System, including contacting companies, arranging meetings, and conducting negotiations with lessees. Minimum qualifications require over ten years of telecom experience with strong knowledge of telecom business finance, negotiations, fiber implementation strategies, and industry needs.
