The Texas Facilities Commission is soliciting proposals for the provision, delivery, and installation of furniture and fixtures at 1102 S. Congress Avenue, Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) in Austin, Texas. The project includes furnishing the Classroom Renovation and Addition in the Kleberg Building, a prefabricated guard booth for Security Entrance Improvement, and outdoor student space. Furniture will be manufactured and installed in stages by package and scope group, coordinated with the Construction Manager-at-Risk, Furniture Planner, and the TSD academic calendar. The contract term begins upon purchase order issuance with installation expected to complete by the end of September 2027.
