The Creighton Elementary School District is rebuilding Biltmore Preparatory Academy, requiring installation of a new network demarcation point. The new school will be constructed adjacent to the existing campus at 4601 N. 34th St., Phoenix, AZ 85018, with the demarcation point moving to the north side near Highland Ave. The facility is expected to come online in summer 2027, with existing buildings remaining in use until construction is complete. The District seeks proposals for a fully managed, lit service WAN with bandwidth pricing from 1Gbps to 10Gbps in 1Gbps increments, under a 1 to 4-year contract starting July 1, 2027, with optional extensions not to exceed 48 months.
