Please be advised that this opportunity is only open to Contractors on DESIGN-BUILD (DB)/DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB), INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (ID/IQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) GENERAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA AREA OF RESPONSIBLITY MACC GROUP: ML-C00081 (Contract Nos. N4008524D0030 - N4008523D0038 AND N4008524D0069) NOTICE REGARDING TIMELY DEFINITIZATION OF EQUITABLE ADJUSTEMENT FOR CHANGE ORDERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
