The Department of the Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime (PAEM) on behalf of Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (DPAE), Expeditionary Mine and Warfare (EM and W), hereby issues this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the Service Craft Boats (SCB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The SCB MAC is anticipated to result in the award of multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the acquisition of service craft for the Department of the Navy, PMS 300 and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).The following is being provided:1. Bidders Questions Responses2. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N00024-26-R-2200. Amendment to L.4 and L.8 Orders4. Amendment to L.12 and L.8. Amendment 0004 to Solicitation N00024-26-R-2200 is to re-provide PIEE solicitation module registration and proposal submission documents previously provided via SAM under Attachments/Links with the initial Solicitation posted 13 July 2026.
