Description

This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 18 August 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL346. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 336612 and the Small Business Standard is 1000 (of employees). The proposed contract action is for the provision of new H540 Tube Sets Neoprene Hypalon 1670 DTX Fabric Air Holdings (Zodiac Milpro Sponsons) to be manufactured and delivered to the United States Naval Academy in accordance with the Supply Specifications under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
