Description

The required solution must provide a secure, cloud-based enterprise content management and collaboration platform capable of supporting the storage, management, sharing, and protection of organizational information. Salient characteristics include enterprise-scale cloud storage; FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 4 (IL4) authorization; encryption and advanced identity and access controls; secure internal and external file sharing and collaboration; data classification, data-loss prevention, malware detection, and advanced threat protection; records retention, legal hold, and content lifecycle management; automated document workflows; integrated electronic signature capabilities; centralized administrative controls and reporting; and secure desktop and mobile access. The solution must also integrate with commonly used enterprise productivity applications and provide API capabilities to support integration with existing organizational systems. Additionally, the solution must provide enterprise-level technical support and enable administrators to centrally manage users, permissions, security policies, and organizational content.
