This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L3726Q0169 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources/Conservation - Tree Thinning. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with a single lump sum payment.Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Rio Puerco Field Office, Bernalillo County, New Mexico has a requirement to perform Manual Fuel Reduction / Thinning (pinyon-juniper) on a per acre basis with an estimated 156 acres with work to be performed from October 1, 2026 - February 1, 2027. The project area is located in Township 9N, Range 13W, Section 12 approximately 1 mile south of the rural community of Oso Ridge, Cibola County, New Mexico. This work is to remove hazardous fuels, improve forest health, protect infrastructure, and break up the recent bug kill mortality continuity of the canopy to reduce wildfire risk.
